Before turning “Digital” Malcolm’s work experience was very much based in database marketing where he spent 20 years working in companies such as CMT, Claritas and Acxiom. Widely acknowledged as one of Australia’s leading data alchemists, he has designed market leading data products such as Acxiom’s InfoBase, PersonicX and FirmographicX. With Cohort Digital, Malcolm’s aim is to apply all he had learnt in offline media to develop strategies and products that drive customer and shareholder value for our clients.
With a background spanning over 15 years in direct marketing, Marcelo is an expert in risk free lead generation. He pioneered the card deck marketing model in Australia with RDP, established in 2001, after working with RDP in the UK for 7 years. More recently, he has turned his attention to digital marketing, using his knowledge of consumer lead generation to develop risk free campaigns for his clients in the digital era. Marcelo will continue to maximise the return on marketing investment for his clients by introducing them to new areas of risk free sales growth, using co-registration and digital survey lead generation.
